ELECTRONICS
INSTALLING
1. Position the MKIV-RII controller on the front of the battery tray as shown in DETAIL
“A” in FIGURE 9.
2. Secure the MKIV-RII controller to the battery tray with the two (2) washers and lock-
nuts (Detail “A” in FIGURE 9).
3. Connect the power take-off lead to the other powered accessory connectors, if neces-
sary (DETAIL “B” in FIGURE 10).
4.
Secure the power take-off lead in place with NEW tie wrap (DETAIL “B” in FIGURE 10).
5. Connect the controller connector to the wiring harness connector (Detail “B” in FIG-
URE 10).
6. Connect the left motor connector to the left controller connector (DETAIL “A” in
FIGURE 10).
7. Connect the right motor connector to the right controller connector (DETAIL “A” in
FIGURE 10).
8. Secure controller cables up against the controller with four (4) NEW tie-wraps (DETAIL
“A” in FIGURE 10).
9. Feed controller connector (for joystick) down through base frame (DETAIL “D” in
FIGURE 9).
10. Secure the controller connector cable (for joystick) and motor cable together (DETAIL
“D” in FIGURE 9).
11. Secure the wire harness wrap around the controller connector cable (for joystick) and
motor cable (DETAIL “D” in FIGURE 9).
12. Secure the controller connector cable (for joystick) to the arm tube and seat frame
(DETAIL “C” in FIGURE 9).
13. Secure the controller/joystick connection to the joystick mounting tube (DETAIL “C” in
FIGURE 9).
14. Connect joystick connector to the controller connector (DETAIL “C” in FIGURE 9).
15. Secure the front shroud in place with the two (2) mounting screws and washers (DETAIL
“A” in FIGURE 9). Torque to 40-in./lbs..
16. Install the batteries. Refer to REMOVING/INSTALLING THE BATTERIES in SECTION 8
of this manual.
