receive a response of an alarm notification packet, it sends the same packet after this timer

Device ID Description: GX device identifier is a local physical number that is uniquely identified within a
system domain. Its format is shown as below:
Validation: Device type [0x0F000 encode, 0x1F000 decoder, other reserved]
Default Setting: 0x0F000XXX is for encoder, 0x1F000XXX is for decoder.
XXX is the value registered in Address[SW1] of the previous page .

Device Name Description: A String to help operator to identify a GX device.
Validation: Within 16 characters.

DNS Description: Specifies a DNS operational mode.
