Unit Maintenance
Re-tighten connectors and terminals on the
electrical panel, control parts, power and
junction boxes (quarterly).
Physical inspection of all electrical panel
connectors and relays (monthly).
Check amperage of all electric motors,
compare them according to the equipment
nameplate for anomalies (quarterly).
Physically check for false contacts
(Monthly).
Check the adjustment and condition of
electrical protections and fuses; these must
be under the manufacturer's specifications
(Twice a month).
Cleaning of the electrical panel (monthly).
Cleaning the condenser with pressurized wa-
ter (twice a month).
Check refrigerant pressure (quarterly).
Inspection of fan blades, cleaning of blades
(Quarterly).
Compressor power consumption check to de-
termine refrigerant loss (quarterly).
Compressor oil inspection (monthly).
Review and cleaning of equipment interior
(Bimonthly).
Review of the condensate drain line, it must
not be obstructed (Quarterly).
Review of alarm history (monthly)
