Saving an OPTI-APPS Configuration
To save an OPTI-APPS configuration, complete the following steps:

If it is not entered manually, the .oac extension is automatically added.
Auto Open
The OPTI-APPS .oac files are not a type automatically recognized by Microsoft Windows. To
associate this file type with the OPTI-APPS application, select File > Auto Open (*.oac files).
With Auto Open option enabled, double-clicking an .oac file icon opens the file in a new
OPTI-APPS window.
A check-mark appears next to this option to indicate it is enabled.
NOTICE
When Auto Open is enabled, the current location of the OPTI-APPS appli-
cation is retained for reference. If the application is moved, configuration
files can no longer be Auto-Opened, but they can still be opened from the
File menu. (Refer to
Moving an .oac file does not interfere with the Auto Open function.

From the OPTI-APPS menu bar, select File > Save As....
The Save Configuration As dialog appears
Use the default path, or navigate to another directory (as needed).
Use standard Windows conventions to name the configuration file, in the File Name field.
Click Save.
