Navigation Pane

The upper left area of the OPTI-APPS window is the Navigation Pane (Nav Pane). In this area,
the GNEs and their subtended OPTI-6100s are displayed in boxed fields. Multiple GNEs and
their associated NEs can be built in this window.
NOTE
At installation, OPTI-APPS is pre-set with one GNE, subtending one NE.
Select a GNE or NE in the Navigation Pane to display configuration information and alarms

If more elements have been built than can be shown in the window at one time, a vertical
scrollbar appears, to allow access to elements that have been moved out of the display.
NOTE
Right-click any element to show a pop-up context (or "right-click") menu.
This menu provides tools and shortcuts to manage the Nav Pane

SYSTEST-08 (right). The plus control turns to a minus, which can be clicked to collapse WEST.
NOTE
When a GNE box is collapsed (NEs hidden), the highest level of alarm
reported by a subtended NE is displayed on the GNE. In
displays a Major Alarm reported by subtended, but hidden, SYSTEST-08.
When SYSTEST-08 is shown, WEST no longer displays an alarm.
