This section is a description of the OPTI-APPS interface, its controls, and its basic operation.
Workflow information can be found in later sections.
The OPTI-APPS interface is a three-pane, user-sizeable window environment (see

other typical Windows functionality.

Basic Controls

The OPTI-APPS interface can be altered in the following ways:
• Resize the OPTI-APPS interface by clicking and dragging the window edges or corners.
• Maximize/minimize OPTI-APPS using the window control icons (right end of title bar).
• To make any area of the OPTI-APPS interface larger or smaller without changing the size
• To provide even more space to a particular area, click the small triangular controls on the
