Prepare A List of Tracks To Be Marked As Bad
Note
This routine is not valid for SCSI drives.
This operation allows you to define a set of tracks as faulty
before performing a low level format. This routine
accomplishes the same objective as the Hard Disk Format Test,
serving as a short cut routine for marking bad tracks before
formatting the disk. This routine should be run if you neglected
to enter bad tracks in the Hard Disk Format Test. To run the
Force Bad Tracks Routine, perform the following:
At the Hard Disk menu, highlight "Force Bad Tracks" using
the bar cursor. Then, press
Floppy
Do you still want to Continue (Y/N)? Y
