3. If you are going to set up a sequence to enter data, select Serialize to place a check mark in
the option box. If you will manually enter data, leave the box empty.
4. In the Terminal Repeat field, indicate the size of the gap between each terminal (with a
minimum of 0.2 inches).
5. In the Number of Terminals field, enter the number of terminals on the block for which the
label is intended. This field is not available if you selected Serialize. In that case the sequence
values determine how many labels to create.
6. When No Feed is selected, you can manually enter data for more blocks after serialized data
has been printed. (When finished printing, the printer will not feed the labels, so you can enter
data for more blocks. When done entering data, press the FEED key in order to position the
label at the cut position.)
7. In the Separator list, select None, Line, or Tic to mark the division between labels.
8. In the Orientation list, select either Vertical or Horizontal. See above.
9. When finished, tap OK.
10. If the Serialize option box is checked, the settings screen for sequences displays.
a. Set up the sequence or sequences.
b. Tap OK.
11. If serialization was not used, the editor opens on label 1. Enter data for each label. For help
navigating labels see

12. Press PREVIEW to view the labels before printing.
