The navigation keys are the arrow keys on the outer edge of
this button:
• In a line of text, move the cursor left or right a character at
a time, or up and down a line at a time.
• In menus, move the selection left or right in a primary menu;
up or down through a secondary, or sub-menu.
• On a settings screen, move up, down, left, or right through
the fields. In a field with a drop-down list, after pressing OK,
move the cursor up or down through the list.
• In Print Preview, scroll left or right through a label, or up and
down through multiple labels.
Located in the center of the navigation keys.
Accept menu items and attributes.
Located to the left of the spacebar.
• Used in combination with another key. Orange text or
symbols indicate the function of the key when combined
with FN. Press the FN key and then press the key that has
the alternate function.
• Used to access special characters on the alphabetical keys.
