38 - Troubleshooting
Action
Examine the cutting height adjustment and
remove grass and other unwanted materi-
al. If the problem remains, the message re-
quires action by authorized service techni-
cian.
Examine the power supply. If it is necessary,
replace the power supply.
Find and rectify the cause of the power fail-
ure.
Make sure that the charging plates and the
contact plates are connected.
Examine the blades on the blade disc.
If possible, remove obstructing objects.
Disable the GPS navigation function and use
the lawn coverage function instead. Refer to
Lawn coverage on page 23 .
Remove the product from the blockage and
examine the cause of the stop.
Remove dirt and unwanted material between
the chassis and the body to make sure that
the body of the product can move freely
around the chassis.
Make sure that the rubber dampers are at-
tached correctly in the body of the product
and in the chassis. If the problem remains,
the message requires action by authorized
service technician.
Edit or make a new installation of the work
area in the app and include a guide or a
boundary wire in the work area.
Edit or remove the stay-out zone or make a
new installation of the work area.
Remove the obstacle that blocks the way to
the destination.
Replace the battery. Speak to your author-
ized service technician.
