Voice Services Software Installation Guide
If you selected other Voice Services components to be installed at the same
time, the installation program continues with the next component from the
list.
Note: The installation program may display a message that prompts you to
restart the computer system. If you are installing other Voice Services, wait
until you finish installing all components before restarting the computer.
Configuring Account Authorization
If you want to set up call-by-call billing or user verification, you can add customer
accounts and PIN numbers to your SQL database.
The following description applies to the Microsoft SQL database; however, the
operation is similar in the Oracle environment. If you need more information on
the Oracle environment, contact
Modify the SQL Database
There is no place in the user interface of the Control Center to add customer
account numbers and PINs, so you have to add them directly to your SQL
database. If you ran the typical installation of SQL, you should have a tool called
SQL Query or ISQL/w.
Inserting Sample Code into the SQL Database
Start SQL Query or ISQL/w.
