Chapter Eight: Uninstalling Your Software
This chapter guides you through the process of uninstalling your Nextel Connection Manager software. It may
occasionally become necessary to uninstall your software when you upgrade to the latest version of the Nextel
Connection Manager. To uninstall the Nextel Connection Manager, you may choose either of two methods.
•
Run the Uninstall option from the Start menu, or
•
Run the Add/Remove Programs option from the control panel.
Using the Uninstall Option
The preferred method of removing the Nextel Connection Manager software from your PC is via the Uninstall
option. To use the Uninstall option, follow the steps below.

Click the Start menu on your PC desktop.

Select Programs from the pop-up menu.

Select Nextel Connection Manager from the pop-up menu.
4
Select Nextel Connection Manager Uninstall or Repair from the pop-up menu.
