Moveable Sheave Bushing Inspection; Bushing Service - Polaris RZR 900 2015 Service Manual

MOVEABLE SHEAVE BUSHING
INSPECTION
Inspect the Teflon™ coating (arrow) on the moveable
sheave bushing. Inspect both sheaves for signs of wear,
grooving or cracking. De-glaze sheave surfaces with a
3M™ Scotch-Brite Pad if needed.

Moveable Sheave Bushing Inspection:

Replace the cover bushing if more brass than Teflon™
is visible on the bushing. Refer to bushing replacement
in this chapter.
