To check:
Use SPRING GAUGE TL-1079 to check for an
indication on the GAUGE of 0.834 to 1.251 N (3 to
4.5 oz f) to move the FLYWHEEL when the GAUGE
is 25.4 mm (1") above the center of the NUT.
To adjust:
0
Tighten or loosen the NUT.
