Power Module Wiring
The lower bundle of cables is tie wrapped to the
rear pivot and includes the cables referenced in
the table and the lighting cables.

5.7 Checking cable connections

Use this procedure to check cable connections on
batteries and the power module.
1. Remove batteries. Refer to 7.4.12 Removing the
Batteries from the Wheelchair, page 28.
2. Check battery cable and battery connector for visible
damage and crushing locations.
3. Replace any damaged cables.
4. Pull each connector carefully. Connector should not
come out of socket.
5. If one of connectors is loose, press it back into socket
with light pressure. Connector must engage.
6. Checked to make sure that connector is now firmly in
its socket. If not, repeat previous step.
7. Install batteries. Refer to 7.4.13 Installing Batteries
into the Wheelchair, page 29.
8. Test all functions.
