Maintenance alarms
A maintenance event is generated each time a maintenance requirement is identified. The
maintenance LED on the interface module lights up in yellow.
Note
Maintenance messages have no direct effect on the module function.

Meaning / Cause
When operating an ET 200SP
station, the server module is
pulled.
There is a problem which
may lead to redundancy
loss.
There is a problem with the
power supply which may
lead to redundancy loss.
The hardware/firmware
versions of the redundancy
partners are not identical.
An error in the memory
block on the BaseUnit was
detected during operation.
An error of the memory
block of the BusAdapter was
detected during operation.
5.3 Alarms
Remedy
Check that the server module
is installed correctly in the
rack.
Perform the operating
instructions described in the
manual. The interface
modules and the BaseUnit
should be replaced at the next
opportunity.

Perform a maintenance cycle
as described in the manual.
Replace the module with one
with the same MLFB of the
redundancy partner, or
perform a firmware update
with the identical version of
the redundancy partner.
Check if the base unit or the
carrier module is mounted
correctly into the rack or
replace base unit or the
carrier module.
Check if the BusAdapter is
mounted correctly into the
module or replace the
BusAdapter.
