Remedy
Check the supply voltage or turn it on at the
interface module.*
-
Do not disconnect the interface module from
the supply voltage while the LEDs are
permanently lit up. This process takes
between 20 s and 6 min.
Activate the interface module with the
configuration software or via the user
program.
Configure the interface module with the
configuration software.
-
-
Evaluate the diagnostics and eliminate the
error.
Check the design of the ET 200SP R1 to see
whether a module is missing or defective, or
whether a non-configured module is inserted.
You can find information on the hardware
configuration of the ET 200SP R1 in the
ET 200SP Distributed I/O System system
manual; section Application planning,
Hardware configuration.
Evaluate the display of the module status in
HW Config and eliminate the error in the
respective I/O module.
You can find more information in the section
Maintenance alarms (Page 41).
Restart the device by disconnecting and
reconnecting the supply voltage and read out
the service data as described in the manual.
Replace the interface module.
