Preparing to Save Scanned Data to a Shared Folder

Create a shared folder as a save location of the scanned data as needed.
Register the shared folder information to the Address Book
Register the information for accessing the shared folder to the Address Book of the machine. Register from a
computer using either of the following methods. You must register each shared folder that serves as a save
location. You cannot use the control panel to register this information.
Using the Send Function Setting Tool (Windows)
Register the shared folder information to One-Touch in the Address Book.

Register the shared folder information to One-Touch in the Address Book or Coded Dial.
