PLAYBACK OPTION :

Upon pressing the PLAY button, one of the Playback Search menus will appear.
Whichever Search option you last accessed will dictate which Playback menu that appears upon Pressing
PLAY.
For example, if the last Search option used was a Time Search, then pressing PLAY will bring up the
Playback Time Search.
If the last Search option utilized was a Last Record, then pressing play will simply play the most recent
recording.
FAST REWIND AND FAST FORWARD
You can increase the speeds of Fast Forward and Rewind on the DVR.
You can control FF/REW speed by pushing FF or REW button while playback of data.
FF/REW speed can also be controlled by using shuttle moving toward each FF/REW direction
FF/REW speed changes by shuttle movement.
There are 6 steps to set speed of FF from 1x to max. 32x.
For REW speed, 5 steps to set from 1x to max.
JOG-SHUTTLE FUNCTION
Jog : Jog dial to the right for forward frame-by-frame playback, or to the left for reverse frame-by-frame
playback.
Push PLAY BUTTON return to normal play mode
Shuttle : You can select the playback speed for both forward and reverse by turning the shuttle to the
left or right. Shuttle movement changes speed.
MULTIPLEXING FUNCTION IN PLAYBACK
Because of the Multiplexing function of the DVR, you can switch between individual channels during
playback and watch each one in Full-Screen. Press the Ch1-Ch4 buttons to view Full Screen
MASTER & SLAVE HDD :
The Master HDD is the hard disk-drive in the cabinet accessible on the front of the DVR. The Slave HDD
is backup to the Master HDD, providing extra storage space.
Note : That once you have connected a Slave HDD, it needs to be activated in the HDD SLAVE
option of the HDD / REC SET submenu.
Note : Any HDD that you connect to the system must be Cleared.
When recording to the Master HDD becomes Full, the Slave HDD commences receiving the earliest
recorded data from the Master HDD. Therefore, data is not lost, as it gets transferred to the Slave HDD.
The most recent recordings are found on the Master HDD.
When the master / slave of HDD is connected, check MASTER / SLAVE JUMP
on HDD, set up JUMP properly, and then use it.
