Use blind nuts for reinforcement. Drill 9.5mm holes. Hammer blind nut assembly. Tighten with a 12 mm
C type wrench and a 5 mm Allen wrench. Remove the tools. The blind nut is countersunk into the metal
plate. The operator base plate is secured to the frame.
