3. Press a new dirt and water seal (20) into the housing (18)
outer bearing counterbore.
The Torqmotor™ dirt and water seal (20) must be
pressed in until its flange is flush against the housing.

4. Place housing (18) assembly into a soft jawed vise with
the coupling shaft bore down, clamping against the
mounting flange.
5. On the Torqmotor™ assemble a new backup ring (17),
new backup washer (25) and new seal (16) with the seal
lip facing toward the inside of Torqmotor™, into their
respective counterbores in housing (18) if they were not
assembled in procedure 2.
ORIGINAL DESIGN LARGE FRAME, TF & TG TORQMOTORS™ THAT DO NOT HAVE
BACKUP WASHER (25) WHEN DISASSEMBLED MUST BE ASSEMBLED WITH A
NEW BACKUP WASHER (17), NEW BACKUP WASHER (25), AND NEW SEAL (16).
