TROUBLESHOOTING
Engine Speed is Too High, Too Low, Unstable
Check the AC output.

Perform engine troubleshooting following the
instruction of "Engine Speed Does Not Increase
or Stabilize troubleshooting" (page 4-7).

Check the throttle control motor (page 7-6).

Check the throttle control motor sub harness for
open or short circuit and for proper connection.
