Deleting an Item from the Call History

1. Select the item you wish to delete from the Incoming Call History.
2. Press [Menu]. Confirm that DELETE is selected.
3. Press [Menu] again. You will hear a confirmation tone to indicate that the
selected item has been deleted. The Portable Station will go back to the
idle state.

Deleting All Items from the Call History

1. Display the Outgoing or Incoming Call History.
2. Press [Menu].
3. Press the up or down arrow to select ALL CLEAR.
4. Press [Menu].
5. Press up or down arrow to select YES or NO.
Press [Menu]. If you select YES, you will hear a confirmation tone to indicate
that all the items in the Incoming Call History have been deleted. The Portable
Station will go back to the idle state. If you select NO, the operation will be
canceled and the Portable Station will go back to the idle state.

Character Entry

You can enter alphanumeric characters and symbols for display information
including One-Touch Dial Numbers and User Name, and when entering
information in Programming Mode. Use the dial pad to enter the desired
characters.
1. When prompted enter the desired character. For example, to enter Jim,
press [5] once, [4] three times, [6] once.
2. Press [Menu] to save the entry.
