Heat Exchanger
The heat exchanger (PB) cools the chemical in the
pump inlet line prior to reaching the pump. The HMI
sends a temperature setpoint signal to the tempered
water units using the thermocouples (PE) as feedback.
The tempered water units open and close a water inlet
valve as necessary to maintain the desired fluid temper-
atures.
Tempered Water Unit
The stand-alone tempered water units improve the effi-
ciency of the heat exchanger. The function of the tem-
pered water units are to cool or heat the inlet water
flowing to the heat exchanger to increase the tempera-
ture control on the material.

Heater
The heater (PA) heats the material to the desired tem-
perature before moving to the dispense gun.
