This chapter describes the components, features, and operation of the ML628
Virtex®-6 FPGA GTX and GTH transceiver characterization board. The ML628 board
provides the hardware environment for characterizing and evaluating the GTX and GTH
transceivers available on the Virtex-6 XC6VHX380T-2C FFG1923 FPGA. ML628
