To install a 3Com 3C562 EtherLink III LAN+33.6 Modem

Requirements
OmniBook 800 with Windows NT 3.51 installed.
Windows NT 3.51 CD-ROM.
3Com 3C562 EtherLink III LAN+33.6 Modem PC card.
3Com 3C562 drivers disk version 5.6.
Configuration
I/O Port: 0x300.
I/O Port Address: 0x300.
Memory Address 0xD4000.
Interrupt: 3.
This procedure assumes Windows NT networking has not been installed.
1. Insert the PC card.
2. If you are accessing the Windows NT installation files from the CD-ROM. make
sure the CD-ROM drive and the floppy disk drive are connected.
3. Connect ac power and restart Windows NT 3.51.
4. From Control Panel, double-click Network.
5. Click Yes to begin the Windows NT Network Installation.
6. Enter the directory of the Windows NT 3.51 installation files (D:\i386 if installing
from CD-ROM).
7. Select Do Not Detect in the Network Adapter Card Detection window.
8. Click Continue.
9. Select Other Requires Disk From Manufacturer, then click Continue.
10. Insert the 3Com drivers disk, change the directory to A:\NDIS\WINNT35, then
click OK.
11. Click OK to accept the 3Com EtherLink III LAN+336 Modem PC card (3C562).
