If a stored timer is initiated when is pressed, press to clear.
SHIFT TIMER CE
Use the arrow keys to scroll to " ". Then use the
TIMER=MM:SS
NUMERIC
keys to enter the desired time. For example, to enter 2 minutes, press .

To enter 12 minutes, press . The display will show the desired time.
1 2 0 0
To start the time period, press . The display will show the remaining
ENTER
time. At the end of the period, the instrument sounds four beeps.
Using this method to select a timer inserts the timer into the program
timer stack (i.e., Timer 1, Timer 2, etc.). The manual timer will not follow
the last program timer in sequence. The timer displayed when is
EXIT
pressed will be the next timer to run when is pressed again.
