Cancelling Thermostat/Timer:
1. Press the "Thermostat / Timer Button" to select the "FLAME
HEIGHT" on the remote display.
2. "FLAME HEIGHT" will flash on the remote display.
3. Use the "Flame Button" to select the flame height between 1 (min)
to 5 (max).
4. "SIGNAL INDICATOR" will momentarily flash and transmit the
command.
5. Thermostat and the timer function is cancelled and the "TIMER
ICON", "SET ICON", and "Timer/T-STAT Display" are removed from
the remote display.
Child Lock:
To enable the child lock, press and hold the "Up Button" and the
"Down Button" at the same time. The "CHILD LOCK" icon will appear
on the remote display screen and disables all buttons on the remote.
To disable the child lock, press and hold the "Up Button" and the
"Down Button" at the same time. The "CHILD LOCK" icon will be
removed from the remote display screen and enables all buttons on
the remote.
Continuous Pilot:
To enable the continuous pilot, press and hold the "Thermostat
/ Timer Button" and the "Down Button" at the same time. The
"CONSTANT PILOT" icon will appear on the remote display screen
and keep the pilot flame on after shutting down the system.
To disable the continuous pilot, press and hold the "Thermostat
/ Timer Button" and the "Down Button" at the same time. The
"CONSTANT PILOT" icon will be removed from the remote display
screen and turn off the pilot flame when shutting down the system.
Programming/Pairing the remote to the Control Module:
1. Connect the power supply or the battery power to the control
module.
2. Move the "ON/OFF/REMOTE" three-way switch to the "REMOTE"
position.
3. Green LED light will flash three times.
4. Beep will be heard after a ~5s delay.
5. The control module is ready for a command.
6. Use a small item (such as a paper clip) to press and release the
"Pairing Button".
7. Control module will beep once.
8. LED will flash green for 10 seconds.
9. Press the power button on the remote while the LED is flashing.
10. A double beep will be heard from the control module.
11. The remote is now paired to the control module.
Automatic Convection Fan Operation
The fan operates on this appliance with the remote control supplied. The fan will come on right away, when turned ON in either manual/thermostat mode
when using the remote control. In any mode, the fan turns OFF 12 minutes after the unit turns OFF.
Note: Before you turn OFF the unit , you can use the remote control to directly turn OFF the fan to avoid waiting.
