Expansion Kit Offerings

If you want to expand beyond an 8-point system, you will need to purchase additional kits based on the following:
Step 1 - Determine whether you have an existing 2, 4, 6, or 8-point system, or select one and purchase that
as your base system
Step 2 - Select one of the following CSP to match the TOTAL number of lube points (2 points per
PD pump, with 5 to 11 PD pumps)
24Z506 CSP, 10 outlet, NPT, w/indicator
24Z507 CSP, 12 outlet, NPT, w/indicator
24Z508 CSP, 14 outlet, NPT, w/indicator
24Z509 CSP, 16 outlet, NPT, w/indicator
24Z510 CSP, 18 outlet, NPT, w/indicator
24Z511 CSP, 20 outlet, NPT, w/indicator
24Z512 CSP, 22 outlet, NPT, w/indicator
Step 3 - Order the required number of 2-point fluid connect kits to make up the additional points
you are expanding to
25U421 PD CSP Fluid Connect, 2 Point
Each 25U421 kit contains the following:
17L440 Fitting, PTC, 1/4 in. Tube, Straight (outlet of CSP)
18D411 Tubing, Nylon, 1/4 in. OD, 625 psi
124746 Fitting, Straight, 10-32 UNF x 1/4" Push To Connect (PD throat cup inlet from
CSP)
104644 Plug, Screw (TSL port plugs)
104640 Gasket (for plug screws)
16W302 Fitting, Barbed, 10-32, (for throat outlet, Cat rod guard, & TSL cup + spares)
16W994 Tubing, Polyurethane, clear, 1/4 in. OD (pump throat outlet to waste pail)
Step 4 - Order additional catalyst pump rod guard kits depending on how many additional
catalyst pumps you have and intend to lube
25U422 Kit, PD TSL Lube, Rod Guard
Each 25U422 kit contains the following:
18D345 Guard, Rod
101970 Plug, Pipe, Hdls 1/4-18, 316 SST (for Rod Guard)
16W795 Packing, Throat, U-Cup (for Catalyst pumps to isolate bottom rod guard)
For example, if you have a base 4-point (2 PD pump)
lube kit (25U418) and you want to expand to a total of
12 lube points (6 PD pumps), of which you have a total
of 3 catalyst pumps, you would order the following:
