NOTICE
To prevent premature ProMix PD seal wear and fail-
ure, insure TSL tubing lines are securely anchored.
Fluid pressure may cause the lines to develop leaks
or separate from the barb fitting. Fluid pressure in the
TSL line can be caused by either of the following:
The rod guard displacement-flow volume through
the bearing and barb fittings during high-cycle
rates of the pump.
The filling and the color change process.
To reduce hose flexing and the likelihood that the
hoses work their way off of the barb (possibly loosen-
ing and creating a leak area), route and anchor the
TSL lines to prevent equipment damage.
NOTICE
If the TSL tubing lines become contaminated with
catalyst material, the TSL tubing should be replaced
to prevent premature ProMix PD seal wear and fail-
ure.

Troubleshooting

The indicator pin on the CSP valve should periodically
cycle in and out when the fluid is properly flowing
through the valve.
NOTICE
If the indicator pin does not cycle, the downstream
lubrication points will not receive fresh lubricant and
will likely cause premature wear and PD seal failure.
Refer to the CSP Valve manual for details on how the
divider valve functions and for proper outlet fitting
installation.
Internal blockage due to contamination, physical
restriction of the pistons, or blockage to any of the
downstream fluid lines will cause the CSP valve to stop
all flow through the device. To address this, verify there
is no blockage in the fluid lines downstream of the CSP
valve. Refer to the CSP Valve manual for information on
blockage and for cleaning the valve.
For other Troubleshooting issues, refer to the G3 Pro
Automatic Lubrication Pump manual.
