3a RCT3: Install the compression mode adjuster knob onto the top cap
with the tab in the forward, unlocked position.
Install the low speed compression adjuster knob onto the hex
adjuster rod.
Install and tighten the retaining screw.
RC: Install the compression adjuster knob onto the top cap with the tab
in the forward, unlocked, position.
Install and tighten the retaining screw.
