9 Remove the cartridge tube from the vise and pour the oil into an
oil pan.
Squeeze the bladder to drain the oil from the compression damper
assembly into an oil pan.

Clamp the cartridge tube, on the bladder coupler wrench flats, back
into the vise.
Spray RockShox Suspension Cleaner or isopropyl alcohol into the
cartridge tube.
Squeeze the bladder 5-6 times to circulate the cleaner into the damper.
11 Remove the tube from the vise. Orient the tube downward and
squeeze the bladder until the cleaner and any remaining oil is drained
into an oil pan.
Place the tube on a rag for a few minutes to allow any excess cleaner
to drain.
