Indication
An nLCM under the PM subsystem header indicates an alarm that involves an
OPM ringing generator. The number n indicates the number of units affected
by the alarm. The letter M below the nLCM indicates that the alarm classs is
major. This alarm code appears at the MTC level of the MAP display.
Meaning
One of the ringing generator units is in the in-service trouble (ISTb) state.
Result
This alarm does not affect subscriber service. The system automatically
switches support to a backup ringing generator (SwRG). If the backup ringing
generator fails, ringing does not occur.
