Testing high temperature alarms in an OPM
At the OPM cabinet

To activate the high temperature alarm, blow hot air from a heat gun or a
blow-dryer at the high temperature sensor. Refer to the following figures for
the locations of the high temperature alarm sensors.

Verify that the system generates an alarm. The sensor turns on at +75°C ±

2.8°C, (+167°F ± 5°F) and turns off at +65°C ± 2.8°Χ (+149°F ± 5°F).
Note: Set up a telephone link with the host office at a MAP display to
monitor the alarms that this procedure generates.
