Web application password
The password is used for logging into the Web Appli-
cation.
When using the initial password:

If you lose or forget the initial password, contact
your Porsche partner.
When using a password you set yourself:

If you lose or forget a password you set yourself,
restore the charger to its factory settings and
reactivate the initial password (Settings
Factory settings).
Serial number of the charger
The serial number of the charger can be found in the
following places:

In the letter containing access data after the
"Serial NumberSerial Number"

On the identification plate (on the back of the
control unit) after the abbreviation "SNSN"

1. Unpair the charger from your Porsche ID (Set-
e User profiles).
