• 603 and 604 Decks: Use the hardware shown in
Figure 11 and Figure 12. Install the blocker plate
to the outside of the deck using 3/8-16 x 1 1/4
inch carriage bolt and 3/8 inch flanged nyloc nut.

Installing the Blower Drive Sheave
1. Remove the deck drive belt from around the right
hand spindle sheave.
2. Support the right mower blade and shaft so that it
will not fall out of the deck when the right sheave
nut is removed.
3. Remove the right sheave nut and sheave from the
spindle shaft.
