7. Place the RH side bracket on the outer frame and
align the mounting holes. Using two 5/16-18 x 3
1/2 inch hex screws, 5/16 inch washers, and 5/16
inch flanged nyloc nuts secure the side bracket to the
frame and support bracket.
8. Using one 3/8-16 x 1 inch hex screw, washer, and
3/8 inch flanged nyloc nut secure the rear of the RH
bagger support bracket to the RH bagger bracket as
shown in Figure 3.
9. Repeat steps 5 through 8 for the left side brackets.
10. If the mower has left and right rear guard upper
support brackets installed, as shown in Figure 4,
remove and discard the hardware that secures the
support brackets to the rear guard.

3. Discard hardware
11. Install the upper rear mount bracket to the LH and
RH bagger support brackets and rear guard (see
Figure 5).

Installing the Weight Assembly
WARNING
Caster or toe board weights installed without the
collection system may cause loss of traction and
steering control. Loss of control can result in an
accident which may cause death, injury, or property
damage.

Install caster or toe board weights ONLY when the
collection system is installed.
Note: The removable weights are heavy. Use care when
lifting them. Make sure that you can hold them securely
before lifting them. Use caution when positioning your
hands so that you Do Not set them down on your hands
or fingers.
1. Assemble the weights by placing the weight bracket
plate inside the mount channel. Install the tabbed
weight bracket plate inside the mount channel and
against the weight bracket plate as shown in Figure 6.
Secure the mount channel assembly to the weight
using two 3/8-16 x 2 1/2 inch bolts and two 3/8
inch whizlock nuts.
