Removing and Attaching the Terminal Covers

Remove the covers for the following terminals in order to access them.
• HD/SD SDI and GENLOCK/TC terminals*
• W (headphone), AV and DC IN terminals
• REMOTE terminal
* b only.
Removing the Terminal Covers
1 Open the terminal cover.
2 Grasp the strip connecting the terminal cover to the camcorder and pull
straight out.
Attaching the Terminal Covers
Insert the connecting strip into the opening to attach the terminal cover.
NOTES
• If the connecting strip is difficult to grasp, use a pair of tweezers or similar
tool.

Using the Wireless Controller

Inserting the Battery
Insert the supplied CR2025 lithium button battery into the wireless
controller before use.
1 Press the tab in the direction of the arrow ( ) and pull out the battery
holder ( ).
2 Place the lithium button battery with the + side facing up ( ).
3 Insert the battery holder ( ).
Activating the Wireless Controller
By default, the wireless controller is activated. If it has been deactivated,
follow the procedure below to activate it.
Operating modes:
1 Open the [Wireless Controller] submenu.
[J Other Functions]
2 Select [On] and then press SET.
NOTES
• You can also activate the wireless controller by setting an assignable button to [Wireless Controller] (0 97).
• HD/SD COMPONENT OUT, USB and HDMI
