5.7 Draft Calibration
Material Required: • Bellows
Procedure:
1. Set the draft unts to "WC" per Secton 3.5.4.
2. Enter the Calbrate Mode per Secton 5.1, and then
press the eNTeR button untl "WC" s dsplayed.
3. If necessary, zero the draft channel by usng the
and buttons to adjust the readng to 0.00 ±0.02.
4. Set up the analyzer and ts test equpment per Fgure 5-2.
5. Use the bellows to apply a postve pressure of 4.00 n. H
use the and buttons to adjust the dsplayed value to match the
readng on the manometer.
6. Remove pressure and repeat Steps 3 thru 5 untl the desred read-
ngs are obtaned.
7. Press eNTeR to store the new calbraton values and move to the
next calbraton screen, or hold down eNTeR for 2 seconds to store
the new calbraton values and enter the Run Mode, or press the
I/O button to ext the Calbraton Mode and turn OFF the analyzer
wthout savng the changes.
