bytes read
No. of bytes of data read from the Data Carrier is to be set in
hexadecimal.
The number of characters that can be read at one time is 256, so
perform the setting so that the total number of bytes from all areas
read is 256 bytes maximum.
Number of character in Area (1) + ⋅⋅⋅⋅⋅ + area (N) number of characters
≤ 256 characters.
Note
Count the ASCII code setting as 1 byte per character, and the
hexadecimal code setting as 1 byte per 2 characters.
Write data
Data to be written to the Data Carrier is to be set. The table
below shows how many bytes can be written at one time.
ASCII
1-256 bytes (1-256 characters)
Hexadecimal
1-128 bytes (2-256 characters)
When specifying hexadecimal code, 2
characters are included in each byte of data.
