Size the transformer to provide adequate power to the Symbio 210 controller (24 VA maximum)
and outputs (maximum 12 VA for each binary output).
A dedicated 24 Vac, Class 2 transformer is recommended to power the Symbio 210
controller. When powering multiple controllers from one transformer, polarity must
be maintained. Terminal 24 Vac is designated positive (+) and terminal
negative (-) to the unit casing ground. It is important to include power consumption
in the calculations.
The power consumption for cooling-only Series F Models (VariTrac™ and VariTrane™) is up to
26 VA. Refer to
