Attach cast iron wing to main table with (4)
M8-1.25 x 25 hex bolts and 8mm lock wash-
ers. Finger tighten for now.
8. Place long straightedge across extension
wings and main table to make sure that com-
bined table surface is flat.
— If combined table surface is flat, tighten all
bolts.
—If outside end of extension wing tilts down,
use strip of masking tape along bottom
edge of main table to shim extension wing
up (see Figure 11). Tighten all bolts.

— If outside end of extension wing tilts up,
use strip of masking tape along top edge
of main table to shim extension wing down
(see Figure 12). Tighten all bolts.
Note: After re-installing wings, remove all
excess masking tape with razor blade.

9.
Fasten ON/OFF switch to left end of front rail
with (2) M8-1.25 x 12 hex bolts then insert
switch disabling lock, as shown in Figure 13.

10. Turn lock knob that secures table insert so it
is parallel to inner slot, as shown in Figure
14, then remove insert and set it aside.

11. Raise arbor fully up and set arbor angle to 0°.
12. Unthread lock knob on riving knife/blade
guard mounting block (see Figure 15) sev-
eral turns. Push riving knife away from knob,
then lift riving knife up to remove it.
Note: Riving knife is installed for shipping
purposes. Two pins in mounting block insert
into matching slots on riving knife, keeping it
secured.
