Assembly
To assemble machine:
1.
Thread
(2)
handwheel
handwheels (see Figure 7).

Fasten front rail onto table saw with (4)
M8-1.25 x 25 flat head screws, shown in
Figure 8. Also secure far left side of rail with
(1) M8-1.25 x 25 flat head screw, 8mm lock
washer, and M8-1.25 hex nut.

Fasten rear rail to table with (4) M8-1.25 x 25
cap screws, 8mm lock washers, and 8mm flat
washers, as shown in Figure 9. Secure left
side of rail to table with (1) M8-1.25 x 25 cap
screw, (2) 8mm lock washers, (1) 8mm flat
washer, and (1) M8-1.25 hex nut.

Inspect extension wing and main table mat-
ing surfaces for burrs or foreign materials that
may inhibit assembly.
IMPORTANT: Mating edges of wing and
table MUST be clean, smooth, and flat. Use
wire brush or file if necessary to clean up
edges. This step will ensure wing mounts
properly to main table.
5.
With help of an assistant, place extension
wing between rails and fasten wing to front
rail with (1) M8-1.25 x 25 flat head screw,
8mm lock washer, and M8-1.25 hex nut (see
Figure 10). Finger tighten for now.
6.
Attach extension wing to rear rail with (1)
M8-1.25 x 25 cap screw, (2) 8mm lock wash-
ers, (1) 8mm flat washer, and (1) M8-1.25 hex
nut, as shown in Figure 10. Finger tighten.
