SECONDARY SHEAVE
ASSEMBLY
1. Install:
S Secondary sheave spring 1
NOTE:
Hook the end of the secondary sheave spring
onto the spring holes in the fixed sheave and in
the spring seat.
Standard spring position:
2-6 (600)
3-3 (700)
Installation steps:
S Attach the sheave compressor.
S Turn the sliding sheave counterclockwise to
the specified angle a .
S Hold the sliding sheave and fixed sheave in
this position.
Standard twist angle a :
80_ (600)
60_ (700)
a = (sheave side hole number + spring seat
side hole number)
S Turn in the sheave compressor screw so that
the spring seat engages with the fixed sheave.
