Troubleshoot a problem
Can send but not receive faxes using analog fax

Make sure that the paper source is not empty.

Check the ring count delay settings.
From the home screen, touch Settings > Fax > Fax Setup > Fax

Print Quality Test Pages.

Decrease the incoming fax transmission speed.
