Clearing jams
Paper jam in the finisher rear door

Open the finisher rear door.

Remove the jammed paper.
Note: Make sure that all paper fragments are removed.

Open the finisher narrow door, and then remove any paper fragments.
4
Close the narrow and rear doors.
