If another party sends you a fax and their ma-
chine is not able to detect the size of the orig-
inal correctly, the message may come out
truncated, separated or containing excess
white space when printed at your end. For ex-
ample, if the sending machine thinks a B5
original is a B4 original, it will be printed at
your end on B4 size paper even if you have
B5 paper available in your machine.

You can choose to have messages only from
selected senders printed in this way.
