Solutions
Select the uni-directional printing
(see page 59, "Change of print mode").
This can show in the Speed Quality mode
for CMYK. Print in Fine Quality mode for
CMYK. If the problem still persists, print in
1200 X 1200 dpi.
Let the printer sit overnight. This will give
the air a chance to settle. The nozzle
should be good after this.
Increase the amount of pretreat being
sprayed onto the shirt.
If the white cartridges are not agitated per
instructions, agitate the white ink
cartridges for 2 minutes. Then perform 3 to
4 strong head cleans. This will replace
most of the settled ink.
Perform head cleans to recover the nozzle
to 100% or near 100%.
Set the garment correctly on the platen,
and then perform HEIGHT ADJUST again.
Perform the head alignment procedure
(see page 144, "Adjusting the Head").
Adjust the print position for white and color
(see page 150, " Adjusting the print
position").
Input the amount of "Choke" with
ColorGATE Productionserver.
(see ColorGATE Productionserver Online
Help).
