Mode dial set to
This is how it works:
Basic camera settings and
functions
Date/Time
This is where you can set the
date and time. These will be
saved together with each
image.
Beep
This menu lets you switch
the beeps on or off.
Video Out
In the Video Out menu,
PAL is the default mode which
is the standard for many parts
of the world including Europe.
Language
This menu allows the
selection of either German
or English for the camera
menus.
Default
The Default/Reset menu lets
you reset all Playback, Set
and Transfer functions to
default. (Note: The Camera
menu has its own reset
function.)
icon
Basic settings
This is what it's for:
Always set date and time,
since these data are very
useful in filing and managing
your pictures.
Here you can cancel the
beeps which in certain
situations might be found
disturbing.
This is useful when you have
set several special functions
in the different submenus
and would like to cancel
them with a single com-
mand. The images saved on
the card will not be deleted
by resetting to default
values.
