Checking and Printing Transmission/
Reception Results
1.
Press [System Monitor].
2.
Use [ ] or [ ] to select <TX/RX LOG>,
then press [OK].
3.
Use [ ] or [ ] to view the required
transmission/reception result.
The following items are displayed:
– Transaction number (60 down to 01, from the newest to the
oldest)
– Date and time
– Type of transaction (TX or RX)
– Recipient's name or fax number
– Result of transaction (OK or NG)
4.
If you want to print the transmission/
reception result, press [Start].

Checking Remaining Memory
You can check the remaining memory according to the status of
the machine.
1.
Press [System Monitor].
Back Previous
2.
Use [ ] or [ ] to select <MEMORY
INDICATOR>, then press [OK] to confirm the
remaining memory.
Ex.
A V A I L A B L E M E M O R Y
3.
Press [Stop/Reset] to return to the standby
mode.
